POS Terminal Locked
Upgrade to the Pro Plan or contact Admin to access the dedicated Point of Sale terminal, staff logins, and advanced sales tracking.
POS Management Hub
Configure your terminal and track walk-in sales.
In POS, open History to filter by date range, click a transaction for full details (items, total, payment), or use EDIT / VOID (manager PIN required).
POS Terminal Settings
Configure quick cash amounts and payment method buttons. These appear in the POS and are used in reports (e.g. BHD, USD, EUR).
Use your currency (e.g. 1, 5, 10 for BHD; 20, 50, 100 for USD).
POS Tax / VAT
Automatically add tax to POS sales totals and receipts.
Shift Day Logic
Each shift keeps the calendar day it was opened on. If a shift continues past midnight, it still belongs to that opening day until it is closed. A new shift opened after midnight belongs to the new day.
Offline Protection
Queue completed POS sales locally when internet drops, then auto-sync later.
Repeat Customer Search
Auto-fill known customer names when the cashier enters a saved phone number.
Loyalty Points
Reward repeat customers and allow point redemption during POS checkout.
Add, edit, or remove methods (e.g. Cash, Card, Benefit Pay). Toggle Enabled to show or hide in the POS. Codes (CASH, CARD, BENEFIT, MIXED) are used in reports.

Storefront Designer
Control how your customer menu looks: hero image, height, colors, overlay, and top bar. The same Hero Header Settings are also in Storefront Theme for one-place editing. Changes apply to the live menu when you publish.
Hero Header Settings
Display a large banner at the top of your menu.
Makes the Hero image touch the very top of the screen.

Menu appearance: Edit the options below—the phone preview on the right updates live. When you’re happy, use Publish hero to menu and Theme Updated (from theme options) so changes appear on your real customer menu.
Hero header
Control the top banner on your customer menu. Applies to all layouts.
Display a large banner at the top of your menu.
Move the headline text up or down inside the hero area.
Logo shown above the title in the hero. Leave empty to hide.
Blend hero image into the menu below with a gradient.

Store info tags
Customize the rating, distance, and hours text shown on the customer menu. You can hide any tag or change the text.
Visibility
White card below hero (store name + rating/distance/hours).
Store name in header and on the card.
Publish via "Publish hero to menu" above to save these to the live menu.

Set weekly hours. The menu will show "Open" or "Closed" automatically by current time.
